Clothing

Prioritize organic cotton whenever possible, especially for shirts, underwear, sleepwear, and anything worn close to the body. Lightweight hiking pants and technical outdoor items do not need to be cotton.

Shoes & Accessories

Heavy-duty hiking boots are not necessary. Lightweight shoes with good grip are preferred.

Hygiene & Personal Care

Bring simple, natural, biodegradable products whenever possible. Avoid perfume, cologne, synthetic fragrance, and heavily scented products.

Simple Packing Summary

For your residential stay, most guests only need 7–10 days of clothing, comfortable shoes, their passport and e-visa, phone and chargers, a journal, and earplugs. Bring a couple things that feel like home. The less you pack, the easier it all gets.
